With Environment America, you protect the places that all of us love and promote core environmental values, such as clean air to breathe, clean water to drink, and clean energy to power our lives. We’re a national network of 29 state environmental groups with members and supporters in every state. Together, we focus on timely, targeted action that wins tangible improvements in the quality of our environment and our lives.

Plastic Oceans

Plastic Ocean Foundation Canada was established in 2016 as a non-profit organization and Registered Canadian Charity. The purpose of the organization is to raise awareness about plastic pollution. This is accomplished through the creation of awareness initiatives developed around film and other content targeting school children, policy awareness, and consumer behavior.

Oceana

Oceana was established by a group of leading foundations — The Pew Charitable Trusts, Oak Foundation, Marisla Foundation (formerly Homeland Foundation), Sandler Foundation, and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund — after a 1999 study they commissioned discovered that less than 0.5 percent of all resources spent by environmental nonprofit groups in the United States went to ocean advocacy.

Center for Clean Air Policy

Since 1985, the Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP) has been a recognized world leader in climate and air quality policy. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., CCAP helps policy-makers around the world develop, promote and implement innovative, market-based solutions to major climate, air quality and energy problems that balance both environmental and economic interests.
